把emily的個性完全符合的呈現在飾品服裝 一直到她聽的音樂看的書
我每次到這裡 似乎能夠滿足我心裡惡魔的部份
有種揪了心有點莫名嗨起來的感覺

我很喜歡他們 尤其是主唱Karen O
除了上張專輯 fever to tell 來回聽了快百遍之外
我特愛她們的造型設計及所有的包裝 平面跟video
整團散發出來特別有著紐約都會的藝術感
很符合我心目中完美的”搖滾”樂團形象
某些部份跟我的神velvet underground 氣息很雷同

在yeah yeah yeahs的身上 似乎看不見界限 有無限的可能
尤其是行為肢體的表現 不突兀又充滿著另一種次文化的藝術感
這一點非常吸引我
好幾次有風聲說她們要來台灣表演
我很期待 Show Your Bones 也很希望哪天她們來台灣能夠成行
看他們的現場 一定是很過癮的

the radio rdept.是隸屬於瑞典的音樂廠牌labrador其下的藝人
Labrador label的特色就是 音樂很優柔很文藝的搖滾花草風格
其中已經有好幾位藝人已經造訪過台灣
像club 8, edson的peter...等
聽他們的音樂 像是週末賴在沙發裡 吹著微風 荒度午後時光般的悠閒舒適
而除了the radio dept.之外 很熱血的the legends
是集廠牌旗下的精英們共組的團
我也非常喜愛

2004年 the radio dept.的首張專輯Lesser Matters
一直到現在都還讓我很愛不釋手
陪伴了我許多加班熬夜的時光
最近朋友們陸續傳給我他們的所有單曲EP
其中pulling our weight是我的首選
尤其最愛在回老家的巴士上聽著他們的音樂 很適合旅行
他們算是我最愛的樂團之一
音樂的編曲味道常常是甜甜的 有點太空漫遊的氣氛
有樂評說 他們很擅長白色噪音 受shoegazing影響甚深
吉他聲嗡嗡刷著像音牆般的空間環繞
我尤其喜歡主唱朦朧的vocal 融在所有的背景音樂裡 很恰到好處

white noise一直是我很喜歡的音樂類型
聆聽the radio rept. 不太一樣的是 他不會讓你的情緒波動太大
反而有平靜漂浮的舒適感 尤其是編曲的巧思
我實在太喜歡他們對歌曲的鋪陳很有層次感

“The Radio Dept. are a sensational but understated four-piece from Malmo, Sweden.

Taking their name from a petrol station come radio repair shop in Lund whose sign simply reads 'Radioavdelningen' (The Radio Department in Swedish, no less), Johan Duncanson and Martin Larsson founded the band a few years back and have added Kim Sjolander and Daniel Tjader to the band along the way.

Their debut album, 'Lesser Matters', is a beautiful record which uses delicate songwriting and distorted white noise in equal measure. They are unlike anything else around, and the better for it, as anyone from Sweden will tell you.”

終於等到了...

fat bottomed girls

最近跟友人在計畫弄一些有關於生活設計的project
而一直反覆激發我的
就是這位多年的偶像 Julie Verhoeven的設計作品
我非常非常喜歡她的創作風格

她的插畫 最大的特色 就是帶點性裸露的女性插畫
線條頹廢慾望滿盈的眼神 以及女性象徵的裸身 高跟鞋等代表女性性感的元素
很隨意的筆觸 很像自然而然就傾瀉出來的作品 沒經過太多的潤飾
所以 很多人都說她是一個天才插畫家

之前注意她 是在the face的雜誌裡 發現她的插畫 很復古但又很現代
很難很確切的描述她的作品
於是我馬上開始注意她 收集她的東西
只要雜誌裡有她的畫 我就會珍藏
daze&confused的這張封面 讓我驚艷
不過後來這本雜誌被朋友借去未還 找不回來 我很難過
gas book 13期 是她的專集 當然馬上跨海從日本買回來收藏
收集擁有偶像的東西 其實是很開心的一件事

之後 知道她離開了the face的編輯部 開始了她的服裝設計領域
而且非常成功 知道最有名的就是跟LV有crossover的合作

Julie Verhoeven has worked in numerous ways across fashion and design, from illustration to creative direction and design consultancy. She studied fashion at Medway College (now Kent Institute), graduating in 1987, and began her career as John Galliano's first design assistant. Verhoeven continued this role at Martine Sitbon, where she stayed for seven years as design consultant. Verhoeven's love of drawing is always at the heart of any commercial work she undertakes. In addition to creative direction for pop promos, record sleeve design and set design for advertising campaigns, she contributes regularly to publications including Dazed and Confused, Self Service, The Face and The Independent. Verhoeven has lectured at various universities including The Royal College of Art and Chelsea School of Art. She is currently a part-time tutor on the MA fashion at Central Saint Martin's College of Art and Design. Recent work includes a commission from Louis Vuitton to design a limited edition of accessories for Spring/Summer 2002. Julie Verhoeven designed several seasons of collections for the Italian brand Gibo.

晚上看了woody allen的新片”match point” 愛情決勝點
倫敦口音 上流歌劇 罪與罰 偷情與生育
整個觀影經驗 是哭笑不得的
只要是曾經從戀愛逃出來的 深陷過的 追逐執著過的男女
一定非常清楚 他這次想說的 也是他一直都再說的 複雜的愛情糾葛

就是非常喜歡woody allen的影像魅力
總是很真實的呈現愛情的真面目 很都會
可能是場遊戲
也像部舞台劇 人生的走位 上場下場
很像部寫實槍戰片 而血是留在心裡淌著的露骨的
神經質的黑色幽默完全美化了
我在他身上看見 讓人嚮往的個人魅力 卻不想碰觸 這樣就很好了

沈迷在愛情中無法自拔 這種事也只能當事者才知個中滋味
今晚我常常看見以前某些時刻的自己
當然 男人的劣根追逐 女人的狹隘歇斯底里 切中剖析 不偏不倚
不知道有多少次 讓我看得莞爾偷笑
而才發現scarlett johansson 的嘴唇身線如此性感
喜歡那場在打桌球時候的挑逗戲
女人如此魅惑 要不陷落也難

而那種不自覺的失去自由 完全的lost
才是最可怕的部份
